The Comuna 13 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires is comprised of the neighborhoods of Núñez, Belgrano, and Colegiales. It is one of the 15 administrative units into which the city is divided.

Comuna 13 is situated in one of the highest areas of Buenos Aires. Its elevated terrain offers panoramic views of the city, especially from the many parks and green spaces located within the commune.
